User Agreement – Dubai Travel Tourism

Only those who are able to enter into legally binding contracts as defined by the Indian Contract Act of 1872 are permitted to use the website. The Indian Contract Act, 1872 prohibits the use of the Website by those who are "incompetent to contract," including minors, the infirm, and solvents that have not been released from their debts.

For the purposes of using this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, Dubai Travel Tourism hereby offers you a limited, non-transferable license. You may not use this website for any other purposes, including without limitation, making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations or reservations made in advance of demand. You may only use this website to make lawful reservations or purchases. Reservations made in the name of fictional individuals are prohibited. It is advised that the passenger have sufficient insurance coverage to protect their health, lives, and possessions. You must get an Overseas Medi claim and other insurance policies from the insurance provider to cover the danger to life and property while on vacation. Additionally, we can assist you in obtaining insurance.

You must ensure that the policies are accurate and correct, and you must notify the insurance company of any mistakes. Please be aware that we are merely acting as facilitators and that you must send any claim directly to the insurance carrier. Please be sure to have a copy of your travel insurance policy with you when you go on your trip.

Due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be obligated to provide you with a reimbursement if the trip or any portion thereof cannot be executed. The Company, however, reserves the right to determine the amount of the refund at its sole discretion based on a number of variables, including the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers, such as hoteliers and coach operators. The Company's determination of the refund amount is final.

Refund processing would take at least 45 days (if due).

It is acknowledged that there will be no reimbursement in any way if the client chooses not to use any of the services, including accommodations, excursions, transportation, cruises, meals, admission fees, extra tours, etc. for any reason.

All legal problems shall be resolved in accordance with Indian court rules that are governed by Indian law. Any disagreement, regardless of its form, arising under this Agreement will be resolved via good faith dialogue between the parties. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996's rules will be followed if a disagreement cannot be settled via discussion within 30 days and must instead be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Mysore, India. The arbitral tribunal's ruling is final and enforceable against the parties. Only Mysore courts will have exclusive jurisdiction if the matter calls for judicial intervention.

You agree that any breach or attempted breach of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions would result in irreparable harm to Dubai Travel Tourism, the precise amount of which is difficult to estimate and for which there is no acceptable legal recourse. In light of this, you acknowledge and agree that Dubai Travel Tourism shall be entitled to recover from you any and all costs and expenses suffered or incurred by Dubai Travel Tourism in obtaining such an injunction, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, as well as an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents. You acknowledge that this injunction will not be subject to the need of a bond or other form of security.

You agree that the provisions of the Dubai Travel Tourism Privacy Policy, whose contents are incorporated herein, are reasonable having read and understood them. We make every effort to protect the privacy of the personal data you supply. The consulates, embassy, airlines, hotels, and other service providers who would be providing you with service throughout the tour would need to know this information, therefore we would have to communicate it with them. In addition, if we obtain a court order, a request from a governmental or statutory body, or if disclosure is required by law, rules, or regulations, we would be forced to make the information public. The business retains the right to publish any photos, letters, online images, films, or emails that you may have taken during the trip and to collect use data. All of Dubai Travel Tourism users are encouraged to sign up online so that Dubai Travel Tourism may send them notifications and travel-related information. You agree that Dubai Travel Tourism, its affiliated and group businesses, and/or its third-party distributors and suppliers may use your personal information in accordance with the conditions and for the purposes outlined in the Dubai Travel Tourism Privacy Policy.

All users of Dubai Travel Tourism are prompted to register simultaneously. The information gathered during registration is only used to improve service in the future. These specifics won't be disclosed by Dubai Travel Tourism to any other third parties.

For any reason, including improper use of this site or your failure to abide by these terms and conditions, Dubai Travel Tourism may at any time cancel this User Agreement, these terms and conditions, and/or the supply of any of the services. Any legal or equitable remedies to which Dubai Travel Tourism and its third-party suppliers and distributors may be entitled are unaffected by this termination. All rights provided to you under this User Agreement and these terms and conditions will expire and return to Dubai Travel Tourism and its third-party suppliers or distributors, as appropriate, upon termination. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement will not be impacted if any provision of the User Agreement is found to be invalid, void, or for any other reason unenforceable.
