After you decide about the service you want to get and the holiday packages, you can proceed with the payment method via debit or a valid card like American Express, MasterCard, Diners, or Visa. The amount you pay either it would be full or half, depending upon the package you choose.

The costs variate depending upon the services that you would be getting. The hotel rooms would be charged according to the number of nights and those charges don’t include the Tourism Dirham; the guests would have to pay those charges at the hotel. The tours are arranged in the way that each person is given 1 seat in the coach. The no of seats would be equal to the number of guests. The customers are prohibited to pay any additional charges like tips to tour guides or drivers or room services. The addition to the charges would only be made if there is an addition to the services provided to the customers, for instance, extra room services or change of transportation schedule. All the outsider attractions and items should not be sold exclusively at rates lower than their door costs. The price cut would be available if and only if in amalgamation with other products and its rates should be less than the gate price.

After receiving your payment an email would be sent to you as a confirmation of your payment. As it would be considered as a proof of your booking, it is recommended that you should get a print of the verification mail.

If you haven’t bought the booked service partially or fully then the booked amount would not be refunded. This policy is applicable to all the services that Dubai Travels Tourism provide.

We will try our best to do anything so that we could make a refund, if you have to cancel tour with us, it is important to follow our company’s policies and there are different policies for private contracts. It is not guaranteed and possible for us to keep the same procedure for all the procedures.

• All the bought tickets would not be refunded.
• The fees of the visa would not be refunded because the UAE’s immigrant authority does not refund the visa fees of the rejected applicants for visas.
• Any unused tour would not be refunded, exchanged and neither the partially used ones.
• There would be no refund in case the person fails to reach on time and misses the tour or fails in informing us about the cancellation of the tour.
• It is possible that the services provided by the third party are not refundable because they have their different policies which we mention at the time of the tour.
• If you want a cancellation refund you would need a writing from authorization of Dubai Travel Tourism.
• All decisions would be taken by Dubai Travel Tourism ’s authority.

There are various factors like climate, flight timetables and other important factors that can add amendments in the schedules. In these conditions, alternatives are provided to the guests that would be as valuable as the original tour. Dubai Travel Tourism has the right to make minor changes in the tours and the customers would not be provided any refund in these circumstances. Special requests made would be considered depending upon the availability of resources.

It is Dubai Travel Tourism ’s decision if your cancellation is possible or not because there is involvement of third-party. So, your cancelation would be determined by the third party as well. There are some exceptions in which you can not do any type of cancellation and it all depends upon the type of tour you have chosen.

Dubai Travel Tourism allows you to choose you an accommodation of your choice that you think would suit your trip. The check-in and check-out policies variate from hotel to hotel and it is best if you refer the website of the hotel to us. We would not be responsible for your late check-in and check-out. In order to keep a track, you need to send us all the information via e-mail or else fill up the special guest column available on the booking detail’s page and the request would be considered depending upon the availability.

You have to make sure that you bring all the documents especially if you are from another country to get entry on all the desired points and destinations. Sometimes, guest’s entry is restricted due to the lack of documentation.
